<section id="HF0A20797AB054A32A7C02A971CC0328A" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Elimination of payment of reporting fees to educational institutions by Department of Veterans Affairs</header>
<subsection id="H8110847A98DD4A77AA573836D0C29E97"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 3684 of title 38, United States Code, is amended—</text> <paragraph id="H8E88E62A56CE48B4AEA87685D60EC4E1"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking subsections (b) and (c); and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HE95FA5F956F84E1A8EAD0E061A8912BD"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating subsection (d) as subsection (b).</text> </paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="HBB2F805CF9FC4536BFC4B09D868B0A94"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical amendments</header> <paragraph id="HADFA573F53584AFE82DBA3648796348F"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Section heading</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The heading for such section is amended by striking <quote><header-in-text level="section" style="USC">; reporting fee</header-in-text></quote>.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H2ADDE1A1093E4FC7965ADA1830E465C3"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Table of sections</header><text>The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 36 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 3684 and inserting the following new item:</text> <quoted-block style="USC" id="HE689595A2C7B49DBA3056C7217125D48" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <toc regeneration="no-regeneration"> <toc-entry level="section">3684.
