<section id="H35325F31195F4C229083ED9B34669247" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Eliminate EPA Excess Act of 2017</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H26F4311BBE6345F982F7655B7532E762"><enum>2.</enum><header>EPA IG reports required</header> <subsection id="HA71E9B82CB3847B89610213504269B64"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 5 years thereafter, the Inspector General of the Environmental Protection Agency shall submit to Congress reports on the following:</text> 
<paragraph id="H424A76F5C55946F2B9CF0865E8DB227B"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Excess print and storage supplies report</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">A survey of excess print and storage supplies (in quantity of copies and weight) held by the Federal storage management facilities of the Environmental Protection Agency and recommendations for recycling and repurposing any printed inventory determined to be in excess, and addressing potential safety hazards associated with excess printed inventory.</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H1C542BB5898A4117B13167C05978B6F0"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Excess storage property report</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">A survey of excess storage facility property held by the Environmental Protection Agency and recommendations for reducing excess property held by the Environmental Protection Agency and funded by the Federal Government.</text></paragraph> </subsection> 
<subsection id="H8A8A71A263634A23B89B964D1F9C4872" commented="no"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Excess property defined</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section, the term <term>excess property</term> has the meaning given that term in section 102 of title 40, United States Code.</text> </subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
