Kennedy Center Act to authorize appropriations for the John F. Kennedy Center

 <section id="HDC1F212768CF4189AE8B41827FFA8CEC" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>John F. Kennedy Center Reauthorization Act of 2016</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H49B8AAD617404C48B505D7C95E42D7D6"><enum>2.</enum><header>Authorization of appropriations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 13 of the John F. Kennedy Center Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/76r">20 U.S.C. 76r</external-xref>) is amended by striking subsections (a) and (b) and inserting the following:</text>

 <subsection id="H6FC27287550A4367B0DDE099E26CC120"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Maintenance, repair, and security</header><text>There is authorized to be appropriated to the Board to carry out section 4(a)(1)(H)—</text> <paragraph id="H0774F53539E1418DA3E3F70501433A8E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>$24,000,000 for fiscal year 2017;</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="HD9257E14330B47F190DF030189CEC7BB"><enum>(2)</enum><text>$25,000,000 for fiscal year 2018;</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="H26F68CE2BB0E4F7ABA0ECECAA1A2750D"><enum>(3)</enum><text>$25,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H8208C64181734AE1BC2088E299FE0AF2"><enum>(4)</enum><text>$26,000,000 for fiscal year 2020.</text> </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HBC09D0F881464C3691FF5C6770F65299"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Capital projects</header><text>There is authorized to be appropriated to the Board to carry out subparagraphs (F) and (G) of section 4(a)(1)—</text>
 <paragraph id="H25AA6874296F4D6B81B2E43FF2E9F68A"><enum>(1)</enum><text>$13,000,000 for fiscal year 2017;</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="HA72C8210EB0B4D36972C50DF1DAD7C41"><enum>(2)</enum><text>$13,000,000 for fiscal year 2018;</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="HF290F30071CA4101836A2D57C80D86F5"><enum>(3)</enum><text>$14,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; and</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="HAB652EB999F94C7DB3B33C2F3C188B8F"><enum>(4)</enum><text>$14,000,000 for fiscal year 2020.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body><endorsement><action-date>May 16, 2016</action-date><action-desc>Reported without amendment</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
