				<added-phrase reported-display-style="italic">United States Court House</added-phrase></header>
 <subsection id="id143348b259dc47dc9822b70bdbcf87ac"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Findings</header><text>Congress finds that—</text> <paragraph id="id78829CA4B5624C428DAA3CBB0505277D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the Honorable Thomas Eaton Stagg, Jr., served as judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana from 1974 until his death in 2015;</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="idD952C015E035455EA86F074A81EEFF20"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Judge Stagg served as Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana from 1984 through 1992;</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="id2DB049E13CC74CC99A4C60DCCF43377F"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Judge Stagg served as Senior Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana from 1992 through 2015;</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="idA8CE2FCDAA414E54A9C5DB77D4403ED4"><enum>(4)</enum><text>Judge Stagg exemplified all that is respectable and dignified in the judiciary and was a mentor and role model for all attorneys within and beyond the Western District of Louisiana; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="id467C8C09FDE7451A9000A07B7D4A4C66"><enum>(5)</enum><text>the naming of the Federal building and United States courthouse located at 300 Fannin Street in Shreveport, Louisiana, after Judge Stagg would honor his name and the legacy he left to all citizens of the Western District of Louisiana.</text>
 </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id708B3DF181004BEC938DC2CB7EE832A1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Designation</header><text>The Federal building and United States courthouse located at 300 Fannin Street in Shreveport, Louisiana, shall be known and designated as the <quote>Tom Stagg <deleted-phrase reported-display-style="strikethrough">Federal Building and United States Courthouse</deleted-phrase> <added-phrase reported-display-style="italic">United States Court House</added-phrase></quote>.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="id9b8a3a74d99641dcb9b6594f9b78b652"><enum>(c)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal building and United States courthouse referred to in subsection (b) shall be deemed to be a reference to the <quote>Tom Stagg <deleted-phrase reported-display-style="strikethrough">Federal Building and United States Courthouse</deleted-phrase> <added-phrase reported-display-style="italic">United States Court House</added-phrase></quote>.</text></subsection></section></legis-body><endorsement><action-date>May 18, 2016</action-date><action-desc>Reported with amendments</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
