			 offers certain commercial sex acts.</official-title>

 <section id="id00ea59fb7da344be856c609e5ff0a243" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This title may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Stop Advertising Victims of Exploitation Act of 2015</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>SAVE Act of 2015</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="id11B6DB2992194912B09258B0FDED513F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Advertising that offers certain commercial acts</header> <subsection id="idf1e804bd9f5648bc986c77d0e171a005"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Section 1591(a)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting <quote>advertises,</quote> after <quote>obtains,</quote>.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="id009488b086cd470fb2d6925be20c739c"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Mens Rea requirement</header><text>Section 1591(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended in the undesignated matter following paragraph (2), by inserting <quote>, except where, in an offense under paragraph (2), the act constituting the violation of paragraph (1) is advertising,</quote> after <quote>knowing, or</quote>.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="id841a50ec6dd9435ba73f3a7b7c88cb66"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Conforming amendments</header><text>Section 1591(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—</text> <paragraph id="idd94124de414f4944839e9a6278487390"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (1), by striking <quote>or obtained</quote> and inserting <quote>obtained, or advertised</quote>; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="id5c3682ca38c64519a5c68d535eb6a920"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (2), by striking <quote>or obtained</quote> and inserting <quote>obtained, or advertised</quote>.</text> </paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body> </bill>
