			 depository institutions are subject to direct examination and reporting
			 requirements of the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, and for other
			 purposes.</official-title></form>

 <section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Examination and Reporting Threshold Act of 2015</short-title></quote>.</text>
 </section><section id="id5f848b047dcf431c889ce22438504baf"><enum>2.</enum><header>Increase in the examination threshold</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1025(a) of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/12/5515">12 U.S.C. 5515(a)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>$10,000,000,000</quote> each place that term appears and inserting <quote>$50,000,000,000</quote>.</text>
 </section><section id="idb6a6c193938b4e25929f2c237136d437"><enum>3.</enum><header>Increase in the reporting threshold</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1026(a) of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/12/5516">12 U.S.C. 5516(a)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>$10,000,000,000</quote> each place that term appears and inserting <quote>$50,000,000,000</quote>.</text>
 </section><section id="id38001E3F6896499190413ACF1166BF7D"><enum>4.</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act and the amendments made by this Act shall take effect on the date that is 45 days after the date of enactment of this Act.</text></section></legis-body></bill>
