 <section id="id4FBD88C77D554CBE98DB7F6314FD8E92" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Reauthorization of Land and Water Conservation Fund</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 200302 of title 54, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>September 30, 2015</quote> each place it appears and inserting <quote>September 30, 2025</quote>.</text> </section><section id="id5039C42AF93D4996A50DDDD23A6A214F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Allocation for Federal and State purposes</header> <subsection id="idC69D4792D15947F0852059578A03E706"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 200303 of title 54, United States Code, is amended—</text>
 <paragraph id="id291E64259FA64EF385993859E6C801E1"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in the first sentence, by striking <quote>Amounts deposited</quote> and inserting the following:</text> <quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id867B32858A9F4C1E9A15C6C6278E6139" style="OLC"> <subsection id="idD63236AE528041F48ACC83E5BC6F6ADF"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Amounts deposited</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>; </after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="idAF319AD24B5D4A3EAC2E1BB477428EB8"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in the second sentence, by striking <quote>The appropriations</quote> and inserting the following:</text> <quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id19ABE0760F904BDF83EB6C5512536323" style="OLC"> <subsection id="id25FA4C8034414813B7F7B22F1057B3B0"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Availability</header><text>The appropriations</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>; </after-quoted-block></quoted-block>

 </paragraph><paragraph id="idE1E9E74256DA428388C9A904A3293F98"><enum>(4)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id8C455BA5D02D42D1B0696E16A74F2BD0" style="OLC"> <subsection id="id7F7DD7BF5D194464969EC75ED2DB2217"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Allocation for Federal and State purposes</header><text>The appropriations deposited in the Fund under this section shall be made available as described in this chapter in the ratio of—</text>
 <paragraph id="id7E2B1B6335824DD8BF3D3A95A73A71A7"><enum>(1)</enum><text>60 percent for State purposes; and</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="id749DBD97C97D4F4D9AD55E20A6CBF689"><enum>(2)</enum><text>40 percent for Federal purposes.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
 </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id8741BD70D27D4FACAE64A4D8AEE565D7"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Statement of estimated requirements</header><text>Section 200304 of title 54, United States Code, is amended—</text> <paragraph id="id01769A62462642AAA70037E5699C8F9C"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in the first sentence, by striking <quote>There</quote> and inserting the following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id78CC220DEDEA4F62B889005D65A540AB" style="OLC">
 <subsection id="idA7910630303746E480668ED66B6C49B1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>There</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph><paragraph id="id0C36F5157B2648E29CD8F1335340577B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking the second sentence and inserting the following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id8AD9F93CF5B44474B94130B6139EEDE9" style="OLC">
 <subsection id="id1A564F3C1A2240778F160D6FAC96B1AF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Allocation requirement</header><text>The statement under subsection (a) shall include assurances that, in accordance with section 200303(d), of the amounts made available from the Fund for the ensuing fiscal year—</text>
 <paragraph id="idAD7B7236734747FA8B3333D068E7FFC3"><enum>(1)</enum><text>60 percent shall be used for State purposes; and</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="id08A5A82EDE7349B39BDAA6E155D26528"><enum>(2)</enum><text>40 percent shall be used for Federal purposes.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
