		<official-title>To require the Council of Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency to submit to Congress a
			 report on Inspector General mandates.</official-title>

 <section id="id33A120CA3CD749F7886679D2E62EE8DB" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Inspector General Mandates Reporting Act of 2015</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="id1376FF5A23644A7AA9B52C3B0AE9A73B" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reporting requirements of Inspectors General</header> <subsection id="id3DAEAB5FA04847909C20D2BAC56FED3F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Definition</header><text>In this section, the term <term>reporting requirement</term> means a report that an Office of Inspector General is required to complete under the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) or any other provision of law.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="id89506A0502D94F58BE1DE47AA7DD3262"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Report by Inspectors General to CIGIE</header><text>Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, each Office of Inspector General shall submit to the Council of Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency a report, which—</text>
 <paragraph id="idBD4053CA6AE1426E85F6275F8F5AED79"><enum>(1)</enum><text>shall include a list of each reporting requirement for the Office of Inspector General; and</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="idA87F1BDD1DED4071AC2AFE7A9A5034CE"><enum>(2)</enum><text>may include a list of each reporting requirement that the Office of Inspector General recommends should be modified or repealed.</text>
 </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id093C3633696F4B698F9CAC82B15D9B72"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Report by CIGIE to Congress</header><text>Not later than 60 days after the date on which the Council of Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency receives the reports required to be submitted under subsection (a), the Council shall submit to Congress a report, which—</text>
 <paragraph id="id7841622F25EC481A84DB038442E08FD7"><enum>(1)</enum><text>shall include—</text> <subparagraph id="idD09DE46A784B46979B8EF07492A37632"><enum>(A)</enum><text>a list of each reporting requirement that is common to more than 1 Office of Inspector General; and</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="id4070CA10B5E44CC1B727B42AAECB6393"><enum>(B)</enum><text>a list, by Office of Inspector General, of each reporting requirement that is unique to that Office of Inspector General; and</text>
 </subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="idBD7A1B42586F49EB86685B54590AB383"><enum>(2)</enum><text>may include recommendations for reporting requirements that should be modified or repealed.</text> </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idDB81DF196E6447D0A59D41F1E2E7EF4C"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Form</header><text>Each report submitted under this section shall be in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex.</text></subsection></section></legis-body>
