			 private contributions to fund the Wall of Remembrance.</official-title></form>
	<legis-body id="H4B663A9499734AD8A835F4CB5DCB0CEA" style="OLC">
 <section id="id2F8B7D0A09CF48058F3E1B9905F53E45" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Korean War Veterans Memorial Wall of Remembrance Act of 2015</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="id7F0FE14CB5E34F4FB9FB4965CC53AA09"><enum>2.</enum><header>Wall of remembrance</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Public Law 99–572 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/40/8903">40 U.S.C. 8903</external-xref> note; 100 Stat. 3226) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HF5C28AA99A2242818F5127EBC6F75AEB" style="OLC">
				<section id="idA733E1B0D22C4DDFB2D59A0573233656"><enum>4.</enum><header>Wall of remembrance</header>
 <subsection id="id7BDF637EABBB4890871A5E6F138EDD84"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authorization</header><text>The memorial authorized under section 1 shall include a Wall of Remembrance.</text> </subsection><subsection id="id576C885FDFBF4D398EAAE7A9FB696C21"><enum>(b)</enum><header>No Federal funds</header><text>Federal funds may not be used to construct the Wall of Remembrance.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="idE0FD542126DE4CE6B57010CD6D6A8509"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Design recommendations</header><text>The American Battle Monuments Commission shall request and consider design recommendations from the Korean War Veterans Memorial Foundation, Inc., for the establishment of the Wall of Remembrance.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="id1DE1F3252ED34A47BE010B2F6F88D4D2"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Requirements</header><text>The Wall of Remembrance shall include—</text>
 <paragraph id="H484DDA601E4B458BBCB6332BB8AC50CF"><enum>(1)</enum><text>a list by name of members of the Armed Forces of the United States who died in theater in the Korean War;</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="HB8BF23ADDB51437DA0BCFF653A1BCF77"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the number of members of the Armed Forces of the United States who, in regards to the Korean War—</text>
 <subparagraph id="H9572CE15F5BF4F1FAF10DB1F383DBD78"><enum>(A)</enum><text>were wounded in action;</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="H068AEF44534B40AE8A65787EBE9328AE"><enum>(B)</enum><text>are listed as missing in action; or</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="HFC7C4B3AA22F42ABAAAB4DE16461B071"><enum>(C)</enum><text>were prisoners of war; and</text>
 </subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H6A76C69899C4472DADA87A1912002121"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the number of members of the Korean Augmentation to the United States Army, the Republic of Korea Armed Forces, and the other nations of the United Nations Command who, in regards to the Korean War—</text>
 <subparagraph id="H01BF423AEE084A0B89E6E080C670C5AF"><enum>(A)</enum><text>were killed in action;</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H151AC2337BDA4259930895A8C31B9046"><enum>(B)</enum><text>were wounded in action;</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="HB9C23DD763C24A8BB613DB55648ED063"><enum>(C)</enum><text>are listed as missing in action; or</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="HD422F996634C4D07BF66CCB06E98F949"><enum>(D)</enum><text>were prisoners of war.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body></bill>
