		<official-title>To repeal the renewable fuel standard</official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Renewable Fuel Standard Repeal Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="idb7a729644cb1469da9de347878fabf98"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of renewable fuel standard</header>
 <subsection id="id7601571F2BFF4A4687B5DD75BCA7BF99"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 211 of the Clean Air Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/7545">42 U.S.C. 7545</external-xref>) is amended—</text> <paragraph id="id6B444D0F4FDB4778B0FCE45F92EE6FBA"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (d)—</text>
 <subparagraph id="idD34E88A426E342839B404E2E67698972"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in paragraphs (1) and (2), by striking <quote>(n), or (o)</quote> each place it appears and inserting <quote>or (n)</quote>; and</text> </subparagraph><subparagraph id="idC82742E38CD14A6BACE69D6052B8E701"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in paragraph (1), in the second sentence, by striking <quote>(m), or (o)</quote> and inserting <quote>or (m)</quote>;</text>
 </subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="id2C92FD3FCF2E48EA9D478FDD978AB411"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking subsection (o); and</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="idD278103D6BF54070945EE2174393047A"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by redesignating subsections (q) through (v) as subsections (o) through (t), respectively.</text>
 </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id873C75B938564F6192528917978C83B6"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Additional repeal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 204 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/7545">42 U.S.C. 7545</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/140">Public Law 110–140</external-xref>) is repealed.</text>
 </subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id0168f26809784f5487119852f1ef5f72"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Regulations</header><text>Effective beginning on the date of enactment of this Act, the regulations contained in subparts K and M of part 80 of title 40, Code of Federal Regulations (as in effect on that date of enactment), shall have no force or effect.</text>
