 <subsection id="id45a10d2befcd4bedae15db0250de08e8"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Roving surveillance and access to business records</header><text>Section 102(b)(1) of the USA PATRIOT Improvement and Reauthorization Act of 2005 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/1805">50 U.S.C. 1805</external-xref> note) is amended by striking <quote>June 1, 2015</quote> and inserting <quote>July 31, 2015</quote>.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="id93A09E535EB543EF9A276F249D86DF9F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Individual terrorists as agents of foreign powers</header><text>Section 6001(b)(1) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/1801">50 U.S.C. 1801</external-xref> note) is amended by striking <quote>June 1, 2015</quote> and inserting <quote>July 31, 2015</quote>.</text></subsection></section></legis-body><endorsement><action-date>May 18, 2015</action-date><action-desc>Read the second  time and placed on the calendar</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
