 <section id="id13C24090237D4C5E88071E19FA57C907" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Exemption from Truth in Lending Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 129E(i)(2) of the Truth in Lending Act is amended—</text> <paragraph id="id27E6D27B563049EC9E28765F76F855E5"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating subparagraphs (A) and (B) as clauses (i) and (ii), respectively;</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="id978B4D2CD1DC49EF83A5382243F678A7"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking <quote>For purposes of</quote> and inserting <quote>(A) <header-in-text level="subparagraph" style="OLC">In general</header-in-text>.—For purposes of</quote>; and</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="id1AD915FCE6704C58A715950A933638DE"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text>

 <subparagraph id="id0B6937415E3A43F1A7AF05DDE5C31418"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Rule of construction related to appraisal donations</header><text>In the case of an appraisal for which the appraiser voluntarily does not receive a fee, the appraiser is not, and shall not be construed to be, with respect to the donated appraisal, a fee appraiser for purposes of this section.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
