		<official-title display="yes">To amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to clarify the ability to request consumer reports in
			 certain cases to establish and enforce child support payments and awards.</official-title>

 <section commented="no" id="H0621640457B441919912CE1F9654E140" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Child Support Assistance Act of 2015</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="HD5C5FF75BB6E403798306C9FBACF5224" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Requests for consumer reports by State or local child support enforcement agencies</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Paragraph (4) of section 604(a) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/1681b">15 U.S.C. 1681b(a)(4)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
 <paragraph id="HCD1DFBDFF3A54F0199506EC8E408A4D1"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph (A), by striking <quote>or determining the appropriate level of such payments</quote> and inserting <quote>, determining the appropriate level of such payments, or enforcing a child support order, award, agreement, or judgment</quote>;</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="HD66E1B0D93634D7ABD33AEEFC9B62E0D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subparagraph (B)—</text> <subparagraph id="HE459F90334C744A68B6ED26A8AC007D3"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking <quote>paternity</quote> and inserting <quote>parentage</quote>; and</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="H773330F2A64B48A7942291029A5E69B6"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by adding <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text> </subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HC2A5AED06CD94C1583DB9ECE5092183F"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by striking subparagraph (C); and</text>
