		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
		  <quote><short-title>Reports Reduction Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="id2CF7A02635B64D61B5246EE624A643F2"><enum>2.</enum><header>Department of Agriculture</header><subsection id="id896F752BA5494D7C84E3FCD36CF12295"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Fire Program Analysis Reports</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2003
			 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/108/7">Public Law 108–7</external-xref>; 117 Stat. 216) and the Department of the Interior,
			 Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2008 (Public Law
			 110–161; 121 Stat. 2097), the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary
			 of the Interior shall not be required to submit to Congress reports
			 relating to the Fire Program Analysis system.</text></subsection><subsection id="id4331F72E16384121B24B3A9A7A979BED"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Animal Disease Traceability Reports</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related
			 Agencies Appropriations Act, 2013 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/113/6">Public Law 113–6</external-xref>; 127 Stat. 199), the
			 Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Administrator of the Animal
			 and Plant
		Health Inspection Service, shall not be required to submit to Congress reports
			 relating to animal disease traceability.</text></subsection></section><section id="id3523BBB460B94EC0AFB2888DF75543B8"><enum>3.</enum><header>Annual report on commercial price trend analysis of the Department of Defense</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 892 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (Public Law
			 111–383; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/10/2306a">10 U.S.C. 2306a</external-xref> note) is amended by striking subsection (b).</text></section><section id="idB42E2EF5D01846349AD4CD055B319C67"><enum>4.</enum><header>Department of Education</header><subsection id="id64BDC0F1CA2643B7920CA8169EE722A3"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Report of National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 114 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/1011c">20 U.S.C. 1011c</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="id645CCC67571E472C97BED5D07DC2D53D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking subsection (e); and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id3BC69DF49059450EB2C9E8BA43580585"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting the following:</text><quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id596733DCAAA1460D97DE2AF9E629B544" style="OLC"><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID0BD81483C2234B07B69FD30FDB4CFE5B"><enum>(e)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notice</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary shall annually publish in the Federal Register—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID8E3293A53E984CDA9C878C046E4403F9"><enum>(1)</enum><text>a list containing, for each member of the Committee—</text><subparagraph id="ID14839B32F70247BFB63F672D3C2B1AF2"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the member's name;</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="ID692EB2236BE14007B75AEEC8185D0AEC"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the date of the expiration of the member's term of office; and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="IDA0BF333C39A74B21B76140E598F7517B"><enum>(C)</enum><text>the name of the individual described in subsection (b)(1) who appointed the member; and</text></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID67904CCEFE0D4AF6B56BA0729ECC10B3"><enum>(2)</enum><text>a solicitation of nominations for each expiring term of office on the Committee of a member
			 appointed by the Secretary.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idEF360AC4CAB440F1AADAC542D0C6C5F4"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Evaluation reports for Teach To Reach grants</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 251(f) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/1034">20 U.S.C. 1034(f)</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="idFFF81AE7E3CD4B6680B9DCAA93B0AD4D"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking paragraphs (1) and (2); and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id3042DFA46DD94D1986DD120351F4B06B"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by inserting the following:</text><quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id7B65265CA2D345FD84EBC83391C551CD" style="OLC"><paragraph id="ID21E845530C7C4E15842335626D0053EA"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>An eligible partnership receiving a grant under this section shall conduct an evaluation at the end
			 of the grant period to determine—</text><subparagraph id="ID018B745D4E6B4D0E8EE353657AD68794"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the effectiveness of the general education teachers who completed a program under subsection (c)(1)
			 with respect to instruction of students with disabilities in general
			 education classrooms; and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="IDAF2B40633F044BD59F0DB00639C2311F"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the systemic impact of the activities carried out by such grant on how each institution of higher
			 education that is a member of the partnership prepares teachers for
			 instruction in elementary schools and secondary schools.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="ID290DF71D85BA476A91F2B27995ED3AA1"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Report to the secretary</header><text>Each eligible partnership performing an evaluation under paragraph (1) shall report the findings
			 of such evaluation to the Secretary.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id1F00440750594FFCB6AC195E3AF37C37"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Evaluations on an adjunct teacher corps</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 255 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/1035">20 U.S.C. 1035</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="id3AD853F42F4142F48B985C463F5C024C"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking subsection (j); and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id8C4053B9BEE342A7A2116590654C7689"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating subsection (k) as subsection (j).</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idFB68B06AF5C947C1B590C743FEA1BEC0"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Federal TRIO Program report</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 402H of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/1070a-18">20 U.S.C. 1070a–18</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="id233809121C514727894AFA96E391EA18"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking the section heading and inserting the following:</text><quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id39A33BC7161C4DF696100E7C2B3CC4EC" style="OLC"><section id="id1E48035F86CB4E97AD9DF8FE386DF187"><enum>402H.</enum><header>Evaluations and grants for project improvement and dissemination</header></section><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph><paragraph id="idAB8A3DC341974F98A37C0844701F71E9"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking subsection (a); and</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id9ACB08A40A62430885839FA5C734A939"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by redesignating subsections (b) through (d) as subsections (a) through (c), respectively.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id7A1396591509462E97CC4C45FC04E777"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Report on supporting postsecondary faculty, staff, and administrators in educating students with
			 disabilities</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 762 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/1140b">20 U.S.C. 1140b</external-xref>) is amended by striking subsection
			 (d).</text></subsection><subsection id="id5FB39E543B904FC18BA553B158DEF248"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Report on use and impact of funds for improving literacy through school libraries</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1251 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/6383">20 U.S.C. 6383</external-xref>) is
			 amended by striking subsection (j) and inserting the following:</text><quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id8684AE853A204C6BBA61F834825E8B8A" style="OLC"><subsection id="idA2B7B58AA4D84A84993E7ADF8686005C"><enum>(j)</enum><header>National Activities Evaluations</header><text>From the funds appropriated under section 1002(b)(4) for each fiscal year, the Secretary shall
			 reserve not more than 1 percent for annual, independent, national
			 evaluations of the activities assisted under this section and their impact
			 on improving the reading skills of students. The evaluations shall be
			 conducted not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of the No
			 Child Left Behind Act of 2001, and biennially thereafter.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection><subsection id="id7E271B0A8B72405A93C83B1A9530B548"><enum>(g)</enum><header>Interim and final evaluations  under Transition to Teaching program</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 2314 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/6684">20 U.S.C. 6684</external-xref>) is repealed.</text></subsection><subsection id="id17BDEE9FF76D4CA688EE8896617DAA52"><enum>(h)</enum><header>Report on drug use and violence in elementary and secondary schools</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 4122 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/7132">20 U.S.C. 7132</external-xref>) is
			 amended by striking subsection (c).</text></subsection><subsection id="id244B3BEA0F8C468296B7CAB68C01C14C"><enum>(i)</enum><header>Report on activities under Excellence in Economic Education program</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 5536 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/7267e">20 U.S.C. 7267e</external-xref>) is
			 amended by striking subsection (c).</text></subsection><subsection id="id8E611685F06E4440AFF92439A99CB4FA"><enum>(j)</enum><header>Report on State and local activities under healthy, high-Performance schools program</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 5584 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/7277c">20 U.S.C. 7277c</external-xref>) is
			 repealed.</text></subsection><subsection id="id6DB799DE25D34DC3BE15E3D25A4ACD4A"><enum>(k)</enum><header>Report on use of funds under local flexibility demonstration agreements</header><paragraph id="idBC8909C9F29A4DD28F73A6A07A1F46B2"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Annual reports</header><text>Section 6151(c) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/7321">20 U.S.C. 7321(c)</external-xref>) is
			 amended by striking paragraph (10).</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id90BBB01FB4AA487399B32E215E5620CB"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Transmittal to Congress</header><text>Title VI of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 is amended by striking section 6156
			 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/7321e">20 U.S.C. 7321e</external-xref>) and inserting the following:</text><quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id4A66E97D141D4D609FD83C5AE70D9112" style="OLC"><section id="idA1688151BE4047A289CBDB7C98925C0B"><enum>6156.</enum><header>Limitation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">A State in which a local educational agency that has a local flexibility demonstration agreement is
			 located may not require such local educational agency to provide any
			 application information with respect to the programs included within the
			 scope of that agreement.</text></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id17C36F5284E2467FB328FFAC92A8F9E4"><enum>(l)</enum><header>Report on State accountability for adequate yearly progress</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 6164 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/7325c">20 U.S.C. 7325c</external-xref>) is
			 repealed.</text></subsection><subsection id="idEDEF970E231B471EA3CF38A4D248D610"><enum>(m)</enum><header>Report on activities for underserved populations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 21(b) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/718">29 U.S.C. 718(b)</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="id905CDFF290724F9ABEE6100B31AEDA53"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking paragraph (4); and</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idD5550058436042F4A3A0EAE5D6661A2E"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (4).</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idA0734BA65AC4493390F050761C4574BF"><enum>(n)</enum><header>Interagency Committee on Disability Research report</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 203 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/763">29 U.S.C. 763</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="id8D8F76739CBE4E6EACBF3BC8DB40C50D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking subsection (c); and</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id95BE0C6392D44A9E832117C9BB21E7F1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating subsections (d) and (e) as subsections (c) and (d), respectively.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id20093A19F18541568831C617BFE7D361"><enum>(o)</enum><header>Report on national activities To improve education of children with disabilities</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 681(a) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/1481">20 U.S.C. 1481(a)</external-xref>) is amended by
			 striking paragraph (4).</text></subsection><subsection id="idCFEC78BB23264EB5936CF5329CC0CA56"><enum>(p)</enum><header>Reports on fraud in the offering of financial assistance for postsecondary education</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 5 of the College Scholarship Fraud Prevention Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/1092d">20 U.S.C. 1092d</external-xref>) is repealed.</text></subsection><subsection id="idE76B80EDADED47749C392995E313E20A"><enum>(q)</enum><header>Report on State fiscal stabilization fund</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 14010 of division A of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law
			 111–5; 123 Stat. 285) is repealed.</text></subsection></section><section id="idFDC6E11ACE3A488B9625E663686CEE97"><enum>5.</enum><header>Report on blood lead screening tests</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2503 of the Children's Health Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/247b-3a">42 U.S.C. 247b–3a</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="id5E5B5FC6CF6B42D0B4AE6F938967A0F1"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking the title and inserting the following:</text><quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id805DBA44E5514CE1A43E64C11FC5B66F" style="OLC"><section id="idEDC6160B5D9D4E4FA98109229113B7AC"><enum>2503.</enum><header>Training by the Health Resources and Services Administration</header></section><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph><paragraph id="id89AB6A84367143E0B5954E9CFFDBBD1B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking subsection (b); and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="idD8CCBCBBDED14374867D8D27B1F95E8A"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by redesignating subsection (c) as subsection (b).</text></paragraph></section><section id="idFF1D0477DFAC4597AF66A09488313086"><enum>6.</enum><header>Department of Homeland Security</header><subsection id="id50BCAD2A23A44223BDB98EBD0B5ECC48"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Report on adjustment of status of foreign diplomats</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 13 of the Act of September 11, 1957 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1255b">8 U.S.C. 1255b</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="id30525C9C4A9E4D8AAEF4269D8CF3D7BA"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>Attorney General</quote> each place such term appears and inserting <quote>Secretary of Homeland Security</quote>; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id7EABB8033A9F4CDFA1871E5E3E4C5E99"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking subsection (c) and inserting the following:</text><quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idE75EB3C9879E484AB952A554C598E93E" style="OLC"><subsection id="id119753BA3AC64A34B1643A4AA0E95E53"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Report to Congress; reduction of quota</header><paragraph id="id59CD929FFB88441B8292432FCD99FC0C"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Report</header><text>Not later than 30 days after the end of each fiscal year, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall
			 submit to Congress a complete and detailed statement of the facts and
			 pertinent provisions of law relating to each alien whose status was
			 adjusted under this section to that of an alien lawfully admitted for
			 permanent residence during the preceding fiscal year.</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id9F1C556E11DC4787A41968F9B7AE0D59"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Reduction of immigrant visas</header><text>For each alien whose status was adjusted under this section, the Secretary of State shall reduce by
			 1, during the current or next following fiscal year, the total number of
			 immigrant visas that are made available to natives of the country of birth
			 of such alien under section 202(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act

			 ministers of the CAFTA-DR countries to discuss—</text><paragraph id="id3ecbc8c8d1604e9b81d3f8216d220d2e"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the operation of the labor provisions of the Agreement;</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id5638307e984d4ae7a25f360dad0ffe78"><enum>(2)</enum><text>progress on the commitments made by the CAFTA-DR countries to implement the recommendations
			 contained in the White Paper;</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id539eee087c7a4801a5738c45e2cb15bc"><enum>(3)</enum><text>the work of the International Labor Organization in the CAFTA-DR countries, and other cooperative
			 efforts, to afford to workers internationally recognized worker rights;
