			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
		  <quote><short-title>DHS OIG Mandates Revision Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="idF13B476A7BD44B82B38B773B70E8C984"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of reporting requirements</header><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id8031482CBFDC4327A2E25DBFD6EF23F3"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Repeal of requirement To conduct an annual evaluation of the cargo inspection targeting system</header><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id5BC8AE60EAE1429A82A2A9ADBEA7DEE4"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsections (g) and (h) of section 809 of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2004
			 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/46/70101">46 U.S.C. 70101</external-xref> note) are
			 repealed.</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id860C3A63C7694269A78490F4C990A53F"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conforming amendments</header><text>Section 809 of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2004 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/46/70101">46 U.S.C. 70101</external-xref> note), as
			 amended by paragraph (1), is amended—</text><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id91A8239E2EE444C0850A6E8C8BDCEBCE"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in subsection (a), by striking <quote>and (j)</quote> and inserting <quote>and (h)</quote>; and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idE6BD92D400B64521BF33F2A6E0DB416E"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by redesignating subsections (i), (j), and (k) as subsections (g), (h), and (i), respectively.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id741CCAFD3A8A4D5A8DC8E4B070D316C1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Repeal of requirement To conduct an annual review of Coast Guard performance</header><paragraph id="idAC6E53A3F0104C18AD365C0AE1757178"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 888(f) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/6/468">6 U.S.C. 468(f)</external-xref>) is repealed.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id570A1E5A2E354771AE597255669732F3"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conforming amendments</header><text>Section 888 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/6/468">6 U.S.C. 468</external-xref>), as amended by paragraph (1), is
			 amended by redesignating subsections (g), (h), and (i) as subsections (f),
			 (g), and (h), respectively.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection commented="no" id="id970F3D0FE444453395B1BFC955312529"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Accounting of National Drug Control Policy funds</header><text>Section 705(d)(A) of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 (21
			 U.S.C.
			 1704(d)(A)) is amended  by striking <quote>, and require such accounting to be authenticated by the Inspector General for each agency prior to
			 submission to the Director</quote>.</text></subsection><subsection commented="no" id="id69935EE83C8845B79AE4D29048D51B6F"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Annual review of grants to States and high-Risk urban areas</header><paragraph commented="no" id="id91429AE423734C1EA7E78504F5C09C8F"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text>Section 2022(a)(3) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/6/612">6 U.S.C. 612(a)(3)</external-xref>) is repealed.</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" id="idA08AFDE0E3354CD99401CDED34A6104B"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conforming amendments</header><text>Section 2022(a) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/6/612">6 U.S.C. 612(a)</external-xref>), as amended by paragraph
			 (1), is amended—</text><subparagraph commented="no" id="id9E4FBD851C354A6AB1A77598BE736BCB"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by redesignating paragraphs (4), (5), (6), and (7) as paragraphs (3), (4), (5), and (6),
			 respectively;</text></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" id="idCC5F3C1DA4ED496F8AE7F3A941C1742E"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in paragraph (4), as redesignated—</text><clause commented="no" id="id0734A5710C0F4913BD045AF0E9D46835"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by striking <quote>paragraphs (2) and (3)</quote> and inserting <quote>paragraph (2)</quote>; and</text></clause><clause commented="no" id="id5E755331FDEA4976BA5872C0B9194631"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>by striking <quote>paragraph (4)</quote> and inserting <quote>paragraph (3)</quote>.</text></clause></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" id="id1C8076C0CF6B406BA1FD894F58A59BBE"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text>The amendments made by this subsection shall take effect on January 1, 2015.</text></paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
