			 American languages program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 816(e) of the Native American
			 Programs Act of 1974 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/2992d">42 U.S.C. 2992d(e)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>2008,
			 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012</quote> and inserting <quote>2015 through
			 2019</quote>.</text></section></legis-body><legis-body display-enacting-clause="no-display-enacting-clause"><section changed="added" committee-id="SLIA00" id="id88A8A82692F94552807B11E308CA9DA6" reported-display-style="italic" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Native American Languages Reauthorization Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section changed="added" committee-id="SLIA00" id="id5F75AE9844E8496593C5DF97404ABD82" reported-display-style="italic" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Native American languages  grant program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 803C of the Native American Programs Act of 1974 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/2991b-3">42 U.S.C. 2991b–3</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idA38B6B515FB34C149C11AB092ABB7226"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (b)(7)—</text><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id27830BFA09D745C5939C02CEE8041148"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subparagraph (A)(i), by striking <quote>10</quote> and inserting <quote>5</quote>; and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idCFD5D587EB364AFFB11B496A7BDB48C4"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in subparagraph (B)(i), by striking <quote>15</quote> and inserting <quote>10</quote>; and</text></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id176DBF721E31465598A60CA9BD7DB290"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (e)(2)—</text><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id44C83184F3B84E16A320910C13C7AE89"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>or 3-year basis</quote> and inserting <quote>3-year, 4-year, or 5-year basis</quote>; and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id78628D28F8A54A32A081305ACE2E5956"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by inserting <quote>, 4-year, or 5-year</quote> after <quote>on a 3-year</quote>.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></section><section changed="added" committee-id="SLIA00" id="idCBB391C07EC645E48EB4E2A58812FF48" reported-display-style="italic" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>3.</enum><header>Reauthorization of Native American languages program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 816(e) of the Native American Programs Act of 1974 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/2992d">42 U.S.C. 2992d(e)</external-xref>) is amended by
			 striking <quote>2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012</quote> and inserting <quote>2015 through 2019</quote>.</text></section></legis-body><official-title-amendment>Amend the title so as to read: <quote>A bill to amend the Native American Programs Act of 1974 to provide flexibility and reauthorization
			 to ensure the survival and continuing vitality of Native American
