			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
		  <quote><short-title>Caring for America's Heroes Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="idFF8C3393952B494AB7E4C5F7883405AD"><enum>2.</enum><header>Improvement of access to mental health services under the TRICARE program</header><subsection id="id38a69ddacd0940b185e864824796fea2"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Elimination of limit on days of inpatient services</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/10/1079">Section 1079</external-xref> of title 10, United States Code, is amended—</text><paragraph id="id5f2c1f73b52a4621825c53580a520ec8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (a), by striking paragraph (6); and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="ida6c30e34e8ed414b90eadef5ac09abcf"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking subsection (i).</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id8bbc0e8acc8f4dc789a1d856244634d7"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Repeal of requirement for  nonavailability statement or preauthorization</header><text>Section 721(a) of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (10
			 U.S.C. 1073 note) is amended by striking  <quote>(other than mental health services)</quote>.</text>
