			 <quote><short-title>Stop Motorcycle Checkpoint Funding
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="HF3A30D9CC76C48F0BE52F6039FFE77A5"><enum>2.</enum><header>Grant
			 restriction</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/23/153">section 153</external-xref> of title 23, United States Code, the Secretary of
			 Transportation may not provide a grant or any funds to a State, county,
			 town,
			 township, Indian tribe, municipality, or other local government that may
			 be used for
			 any program—</text><paragraph id="id00B5982F5F2F4AB6AFF746D91BDBD371"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">to check helmet usage; or</text></paragraph><paragraph id="idA7D1B4B02BAE4968BEA0D11DE67F9CCC"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">to create checkpoints that specifically target motorcycle operators or motorcycle passengers.</text></paragraph></section></legis-body></bill>
