			 Wisconsin, and for other purposes.</quote>, approved September 26, 1970 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/460w">16 U.S.C. 460w et seq.</external-xref>), is amended as follows:</text><paragraph id="HA2FAB77831E34C04B480647597560C24"><enum>(1)</enum><text>In the first section as follows:</text><subparagraph id="H8C687A631F6E45CDACC422A7E734ACD2"><enum>(A)</enum><text>In subsection (a)—</text><clause id="H1A6120A083434E2391895FB4226E579E"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by striking <quote>the area</quote> and inserting <quote>The area</quote>; and</text></clause><clause id="HF1662FBAC98C4CD9992FF6360196721E"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>by striking <quote>; and</quote> and inserting a period.</text></clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="HE781A07F447E4D8CB95E891173AA480C"><enum>(B)</enum><text>In subsection (b), by striking the final period.</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="HC6C213483F7E4EBA9C0DE255D137DC2F"><enum>(C)</enum><text>By inserting after <quote>1985.</quote> the following:</text><quoted-block changed="deleted" committee-id="SSEG00" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HFB04A121266B4775988F62F62E248D9C" reported-display-style="strikethrough" style="OLC"><subsection id="HFD21DAD1E0EF4B80A23CDD26BBF8A302"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Ashland Harbor Breakwater Light</header><paragraph id="H2B3CC57F0FCE4A72A1EE612C53D0D35F"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Ashland Harbor Breakwater Light generally depicted on the map titled <quote>Ashland Harbor Breakwater Light Addition to Apostle Islands National Lakeshore</quote> and dated February 11, 2014, located at the end of the breakwater on Chequamegon Bay, Wisconsin.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H209149DD32544FCE8C22C83CF6B3BAC5"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Congress does not intend for the designation of the property under paragraph (1) to create a

			 89–665; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/470w-7">16 U.S.C. 470w–7(e)(4)</external-xref>).</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HB8B5FEC6FFD849FB9E105306270DCB5F"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Cooperation</header><text>The National Park Service, the Coast Guard, and the Army Corps of Engineers shall cooperate in
			 their operations so as to not lower the standards evolved for the
			 operation of units of the National Park System, Federal aids to
			 navigation, and harbor maintenance under Federal law with respect to the
			 lakeshore.</text></subsection><subsection id="H980B51B7EF864BE0A2913114084E5082"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Clarification of authority</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Pursuant to existing authorities, the Secretary may enter into agreements with the City of Ashland,
			 County of Ashland, and County of Bayfield, Wisconsin, for the purpose of
			 cooperative law enforcement and emergency services within the boundaries
			 of the lakeshore.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subparagraph></paragraph></section></legis-body><legis-body display-enacting-clause="no-display-enacting-clause"><section changed="added" committee-id="SSEG00" id="id3f003501-119f-4a02-8628-d7023fd88ee6" reported-display-style="italic" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Ashland Breakwater Light Transfer Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section changed="added" committee-id="SSEG00" id="idd517e1b5-4ab8-45ed-b4bd-b223eea519f4" reported-display-style="italic" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Boundary adjustment to include lighthouse</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Public Law 91–424 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/460w">16 U.S.C. 460w et seq.</external-xref>) is amended as follows:</text><paragraph id="id2359f533-afa0-4b0c-945b-b0dab1ddce10"><enum>(1)</enum><text>In the first section as follows:</text><subparagraph id="idAFF60A26F4B1491D8533644886B12133"><enum>(A)</enum><text>In the matter preceding subsection (a)—</text><clause id="id2299CE39AACE4A88903A18C5F4C0B0C8"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by striking <quote>islands and shoreline</quote> and inserting <quote>islands, shoreline, and light stations</quote>; and</text></clause><clause id="id4F72E217817F4929BBFFD19DD50EA9AC"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>by inserting <quote>historic,</quote> after <quote>scenic,</quote>.</text></clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="id8a150d20-335d-4e63-929b-b7d5858f701a"><enum>(B)</enum><text>In subsection (a)—</text><clause id="id4c4c5530-7167-4726-b9cc-a771bf1cfbd1"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by striking <quote>the area</quote> and inserting <quote>The area</quote>; and</text></clause><clause id="idb9ca2882-eaf4-4429-adc8-078c0e15d5b4"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>by striking <quote>; and</quote> and inserting a period.</text></clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="idaba76d64-2296-44ec-8862-e8eedad5ec9d"><enum>(C)</enum><text>In subsection (b), by striking the final period.</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="id11bbfe6a-4d37-4007-b125-8f77eb41de27"><enum>(D)</enum><text>By inserting after <quote>1985.</quote> the following:</text><quoted-block changed="added" committee-id="SSEG00" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idaabc06dc-d812-4c95-8831-c36bc59d361d" reported-display-style="italic" style="OLC"><subsection id="id6e6192b9-658e-4e50-b9a0-82cbf6b727f1"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Ashland Harbor Breakwater Light</header><paragraph id="id47b92c84-9bf3-4f3b-923a-153bf6cd71a4"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Ashland Harbor Breakwater Light generally depicted on the map titled <quote>Ashland Harbor Breakwater Light Addition to Apostle Islands National Lakeshore</quote> and dated February 11, 2014, located at the end of the breakwater on Chequamegon Bay, Wisconsin.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id33f48b71-4775-4935-a884-67518e23ace0"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Congress does not intend for the designation of the property under paragraph (1) to create a

			 locate, inspect, repair, and replace any Federal aid to navigation located
			 at the Ashland Harbor Breakwater Light for as long as such aid is needed
			 for navigational purposes; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HA03C02B9E5FE4AD2AE8A9E0A3140F87D"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in carrying out the activities described in paragraph (1), such Secretary may enter, at any time,
			 the Ashland Harbor Breakwater Light or any Federal aid to navigation at
			 the Ashland Harbor Breakwater Light, for as long as such aid is needed for
			 navigational purposes, without notice to the extent that it is not
			 possible to provide advance notice.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id27849534-9620-44af-852f-9f6615ab52a1"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Clarification of authority</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Pursuant to existing authorities, the Secretary may enter into agreements with the City of Ashland,
			 County of Ashland, and County of Bayfield, Wisconsin, for the purpose of
