		  <quote><short-title>Credit Card Theft Sentencing Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="idBA0FC6BC62304B8AA204DAF313FE536D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Enhanced penalty</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/1030">Section 1030</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended—</text><paragraph id="id63C5515C4FEB47B4BEF41E4F1B716780"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (a)(2)(A), by striking <quote>in <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/1602">section 1602(n)</external-xref> of title 15</quote> and inserting <quote>in section 103(o) of the Consumer Credit Protection Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/1602">15 U.S.C. 1602(o)</external-xref>)</quote>; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id9FE43A113D274C7CB58F17ED74CEE7B8"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (c)(2)—</text><subparagraph id="id64E41444CBBD4628816F9A218F286945"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in subparagraph (B)(iii), by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="id90A8CDD8836A4618ABE5BDB2657A7D98"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in subparagraph (C), by inserting <quote>and</quote> after the semicolon; and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="id37B116A68EBE46978DA9372D4CFCBD70"><enum>(C)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text><quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id51674745AFC74F3094C65DCCAFB30091" style="OLC"><subparagraph id="id6B87A1627278467B9842E48D3E5BA021" indent="up1"><enum>(D)</enum><text>a fine under this title, imprisonment for any term of years not less than 25 or for life, or both,
			 in the case of an offense under subsection (a)(2) in which information of
			 1,000,000 or more cardholders (as defined in section 103(n) of the
			 Consumer Credit Protection Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/1602">15 U.S.C. 1602(n)</external-xref>)) is obtained;</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subparagraph></paragraph></section></legis-body></bill>
