			 Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatami Indians, and for other
			 purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body><section id="id1A2EECD9FCF442279FC764BDDC05CD63" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Gun Lake Trust Land Reaffirmation Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="idEAB313BD740D4FEFAC79D1BA2F156776" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reaffirmation of Indian trust land</header><subsection id="idB0F0591C9DBB48A9814ECB80F9B242AD"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>The land taken into trust by the United States for the
			 benefit of the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians and
			 described in the final Notice of Determination of the Department of the
			 Interior (70 Fed. Reg. 25596 (May 13, 2005)) is reaffirmed as
			 trust land, and the actions of the Secretary of the Interior in taking
			 that
			 land into trust are ratified and confirmed.</text></subsection><subsection id="id7F04841DA84649E289E9247570CF97BC"><enum>(b)</enum><header>No
			 claims</header><text>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an action
			 (including an action pending in a Federal court as of the date of
			 enactment of
			 this Act) relating to the land described in subsection (a) shall not be
			 filed
			 or maintained in a Federal court and shall be promptly dismissed.</text></subsection><subsection id="id3E1BE207D9CA4C6D8B9DD313636C220B"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Retention of
			 future rights</header><text>Nothing in this Act alters or diminishes the right
			 of the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians from seeking
			 to
			 have any additional land taken into trust by the United States for the
			 benefit
			 of the Band.</text></subsection></section></legis-body><endorsement><action-date>June 12, 2014</action-date><action-desc>Reported without amendment</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
