		<official-title>To revise the Uniform Crime Reports, and the National Incident-Based Reporting System, to direct
			 the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to include information
			 in those reports pertaining to law enforcement-involved justifiable

		<section id="HE1201018A68E4DC9B79965184E646DAB" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Justifiable Homicide Accuracy in Reporting Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H068640202A9246F9AC71EEB755485642"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reporting of law enforcement-involved justifiable homicides</header>
			<subsection id="H771312E283D848609E381285DD289CD1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation shall revise the Uniform Crime Reports and the
			 National Incident-Based Reporting System to include information in those
			 reports pertaining to law enforcement-involved justifiable homicides.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HACEE7C6FA967432CA28A6EAD53DD8BE1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Definition</header><text>For purposes of this section, the term <term>Uniform Crime Reports</term> means the reports authorized under <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/534">section 534</external-xref> of title 28, United States Code, and administered
			 by the Federal Bureau of Investigation which compile nationwide criminal
			 statistics for use in law enforcement administration, operation, and
			 management and to assess the nature and type of crime in the United
			 States.</text>
