		<section id="H2B8722CBE0B44B4081C763E5775FA8D5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Seniors Have Eyes, Ears, and Teeth Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="idC8CBCFB0382C44FC8A8526368E0DA2C0"><enum>2.</enum><header>Expansion of Medicare coverage</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1862(a) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1395y">42 U.S.C. 1395y(a)</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="idE16D3473B728413CBC42AD3398296654"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (7) by striking <quote>, eyeglasses</quote> through <quote>hearing aids or examinations therefor,</quote>; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="idDA84B1293D9346BF85DFAA925310D666"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (12) by striking <quote>where such expenses are for services in connection with the care, treatment, filling, removal, or
			 replacement of teeth or structures directly supporting teeth, except that</quote>.</text></paragraph></section></legis-body>
