		<official-title>To authorize Department of Veterans Affairs health care providers to provide recommendations and
			 opinions to veterans regarding participation in State marijuana programs.</official-title>

		<section id="H2DB12208ECF34CE09576157466CC6722" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Veterans Equal Access Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="id4224B90627314CF9A20998FCAD1C7BA4" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Provision by Department of Veterans Affairs health care providers of recommendations and opinions
			 regarding veteran participation in State marijuana programs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall authorize
			 physicians and other health care providers employed by the Department of
			 Veterans Affairs to—</text>
			<paragraph id="H5B905694E14A478A8DA4F26DF4E00845"><enum>(1)</enum><text>provide recommendations and opinions to veterans who are residents of States with State marijuana
			 programs regarding the participation of veterans in such State marijuana
			 programs; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H2F474C1F5F0B4CAB8312704FA4AFB2B6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>complete forms reflecting such recommendations and opinions.</text>
