		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Honoring Workers’ Rights Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="id7080dd99528141c2bc5a707df62d6a39"><enum>2.</enum><header>Findings</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Congress finds the following:</text><subsection id="id08351403b61540478e35aac3b56eb807"><enum>(a)</enum><text>Reed Larson was the driving force behind one of the greatest expansions of workers’ rights, the
			 Right to Work.</text></subsection><subsection id="id9f50ed85fde84764a305681f29200e28"><enum>(b)</enum><text>The overwhelming majority of Americans and union workers agree no one should have to pay a union
			 boss to get or keep a job.</text></subsection><subsection id="id4b6bdcfccda64f0f9f18dd09e8634d00"><enum>(c)</enum><text>Millions of workers around the country can now choose whether to join a union because of Reed
			 Larson’s life work.</text></subsection><subsection id="iddd02eb82c2c742d9b5c3b7c657d632c7"><enum>(d)</enum><text>A union accountable to its members is a union that can better represent its members.</text></subsection></section><section id="id7967e104b17d4158a89745b25891a5d7"><enum>3.</enum><header>Reed Larson Department of Labor Building</header><subsection id="ida649e1d2452a417c83a5176c891353c6"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Designation</header><text>The Department of Labor building located at 200 Constitution Ave., NW in Washington, DC is
			 redesignated as the <quote>Reed Larson Building</quote>.</text></subsection><subsection id="idfe2db676cff4495fa8c958b7b31ec66e"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to
			 the facility referenced to subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a
			 reference to the <quote>Reed Larson Department of Labor Building</quote>.</text></subsection></section></legis-body>
