		<section id="H3CCD517E3AC440FA82DF85F4BFEE788E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Ambassador Ebenezer D. Bassett Commemorative Stamp Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HF766D31EB0FD4AE9B9C752D9D18CFB0D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Ebenezer D. Bassett commemorative postage stamp</header>
			<subsection id="HCD2626084D424819B3D43756E14F3A54"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Issuance</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Postmaster General shall issue a commemorative postage stamp in honor of Ebenezer D. Bassett.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HC87E3A91A5D14530B3DFC9DC3B349F83"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Requirements</header><text>Such stamp shall—</text>
				<paragraph id="HD6138E38293E488FA88DB44DFBFEEF5A"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">be issued in the denomination used for first class mail up to one ounce in weight;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H7F10280BD82C4AE884FCB8C44D3DB3A8"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">bear such designs as the Postmaster General shall determine; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H3E084C6689C24DF38A059F41175CCD44"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">be placed on sale as soon as practicable after the date of the enactment of this section and shall
			 be sold for such period thereafter as the Postmaster General shall
			 determine.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
