<section id="H241A0AC8DE944859AB62AD986D93CF7A" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"> This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>John Muir National Historic Site Expansion Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section> 
<section id="H9F7344F3921545FF973319888757FB0D"><enum>2.</enum><header>John Muir National Historic Site land acquisition</header> 
<subsection id="HCC6E5A3BE67E47EDBFFAFE6117526755"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Acquisition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of the Interior may acquire by donation the approximately 44 acres of land, and interests in such land, that are identified on the map entitled <quote>John Muir National Historic Site Proposed Boundary Expansion</quote>, numbered 426/127150, and dated November, 2014. </text></subsection>
<subsection id="H6C5A2BB942534F94930B32BF3A41E5AD"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Boundary</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Upon the acquisition of the land authorized by subsection (a), the Secretary of the Interior shall adjust the boundaries of the John Muir Historic Site in Martinez, California, to include the land identified on the map referred to in subsection (a).</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H2155335A02014ABAB516817F1AA944EF"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Administration</header><text>The land and interests in land acquired under subsection (a) shall be administered as part of the John Muir National Historic Site established by the Act of August 31, 1964 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/88/547">Public Law 88–547</external-xref>; 78 Stat. 753; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/461">16 U.S.C. 461</external-xref> note).</text></subsection></section>
