		<official-title>To prohibit the issuance of visas to, and the admission into the United States of, an alien during
			 the 30-day period following the presence of the alien in Guinea, Liberia,
			 or Sierra Leone.</official-title>

		<section id="H71B6A1544F7F4CD884C8F9B45F27BD43" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Ebola VISA Safety Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H36C4A186E6BD49498665EBD01FA9BFEE"><enum>2.</enum><header>Special immigration limitations relating to Ebola Virus Disease</header>
			<subsection id="HB5BF3BEC2929474B93824BA10B400825"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header>
				<paragraph id="H1F49E968DA0949108A687DBB3A5F674D"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Visa restrictions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, no consular officer may issue an immigrant or
			 nonimmigrant visa to an alien during any 30-day period that begins on a
			 day on which the alien is physically present in Guinea, Liberia, or Sierra
			 Leone.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H032B31C072D24BAFA01C219FBB8513DB"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Admission restrictions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, an alien is ineligible to be admitted into the
			 United States during any 30-day period that begins on a day on which the
			 alien is physically present in Guinea, Liberia, or Sierra Leone.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H39DCFB10BD1249BFB0A698B2CC71641A"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>The terms used in this section shall have the meaning given such terms in section 101(a) of the
			 Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1101">8 U.S.C. 1101(a)</external-xref>).</text>
