		<official-title>To impose special limitations on the issuance of visas to, and the admission into the United States
			 of, aliens having certain associations with countries with widespread and
			 intense transmissions of Ebola Virus Disease.</official-title>

		<section id="HEF85A7D684F141528B314C506F90B1BF" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Stop Ebola Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H9DD4783F4FDB451A8AD587C1921B068E"><enum>2.</enum><header>Special immigration limitations relating to Ebola Virus Disease</header>
			<subsection id="HEF1CA7C331CB4BA3B76BE823B03FF464"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header>
				<paragraph id="H9D4B6391B3254CB8A80C2BDBA6DD3B91"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Visa restrictions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, no consular officer may issue an immigrant or
			 nonimmigrant visa to any alien who is a citizen or national of any
			 affected country.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H0742EE895A214568AE0426D90A6B4B55"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Admission restrictions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, an alien is ineligible to be admitted into the
			 United States if the alien’s journey to the United States originated in,
			 or included transit through, any affected country.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H39838437CEED45CA892F41AA461A9520"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Affected country defined</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For purposes of this section, the term <quote>affected country</quote> means a country that has been designated by the World Health Organization as having <quote>widespread
			 and intense transmissions</quote> under the World Health Organization Ebola
			 Response Roadmap.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HDF7076E55D2E4AF4898C38988B795610"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Other definitions</header><text>Except as provided in subsection (b), the terms used in this section shall have the meaning given
			 such terms in section 101(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8
			 U.S.C. 1101(a)).</text>
