		<section id="H3CBBB160A7FC4B23BD538C8D9712BDE9" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Reauthorization of public safety and community policing grants</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1101(a)(11) of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C.
			 3793(a)(11)) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H7DDED845BB6747B8A797FBE8D705C4A3"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph (A), by striking <quote>2006 through 2009</quote> and inserting <quote>2015 through 2019</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H0AD55CADA188413189FF768A67E626DD"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by amending subparagraph (B) to read as follows:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H12AFC727331B4A13A227F1D49C36F622" style="OLC">
					<subparagraph id="H49191A5F53A54123857A65909D1B4B49"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Of funds available under part Q in any fiscal year, not less than $30,000,000 shall be allocated
			 for grants pursuant to applications submitted by units of local government
			 or law enforcement agencies in order to carry out the purpose described in
			 section 1701(b)(12).</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
