		<official-title>To amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to provide privacy protections that enable
			 certain individuals to remove their profiles from the healthcare.gov
			 website, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H19C70637AD10484F840555E3BCAF3D8F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Healthcare Consumer Privacy Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H741E4DB7FF6D4F8784B6EFB120120179"><enum>2.</enum><header>Enabling certain individuals to remove their profiles from the healthcare.gov website</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1311(c)(5) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/18031">42 U.S.C. 18031(c)(5)</external-xref>) is
			 amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H4C755860652243FC9D57A096DD7A34E6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph (A), by striking at the end <quote>and</quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HD804E97A1519446F93281B3C3938EB8B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating subparagraph (B) as subparagraph (C); and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H0AE4A224932F450F9D66EFE732C40942"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by inserting after subparagraph (A) the following new subparagraph:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HBA3ADFBEE0DE4366A2EB838E4FB00A3E" style="OLC">
					<subparagraph id="HEBB1C86606504932A39DA890A5E40C0B"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">ensure that such Internet portal, whether the healthcare.gov website or a successor website,
			 enables an individual who enters personal information on such website for
			 purposes of enrolling for health care coverage to remove such information
			 from such website if such individual decides not to apply for such
			 enrollment; and</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
