		<section id="H762999CFBEA749F9AAF02A875A32F64C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Protecting Public Safety and Federal Resources Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HDF4EB7DF0BA94D7783A19FC43632897B" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Disapproval of United States Sentencing Commission Amendment Relating to Sentences for Drug
			 Offenses</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In accordance with <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/994">section 994(p)</external-xref> of title 28, United States Code, the amendment numbered 3 of the
			 Amendments to the Sentencing Guidelines submitted by the United States
			 Sentencing Commission to Congress on April 30, 2014, is hereby disapproved
			 and shall not take effect.</text>
