		<section id="H46B596AE66714E188FF658CA10BCDCC1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Made-in-America Bank Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="id82AFC84EB79A40FDB09C4DD00D02DD29"><enum>2.</enum><header>Redesignation of the Export-Import Bank as the Made-in-America Bank</header><subsection id="id858BCF8FAC33491CB291254A2EBF4306"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Redesignation</header><text>Paragraph (1) of subsection (a) of section 2 of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 (12 U.S.C.
			 635(a)(1)) is amended by striking <quote>Export-Import Bank</quote> and inserting <quote>Made-in-America Bank</quote>.</text></subsection><subsection id="id01394FA38DC94494BD17B914F24EECF1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any reference in any law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to
			 the Federal agency renamed in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a
			 reference to the <quote>Made-in-America Bank</quote>.</text></subsection></section><section id="id8AB4ABDA6C1E4FA0BCD72FE2508ADEE6"><enum>3.</enum><header>Financing made available to American entities purchasing American made goods</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">All guarantees, loans, insurance, and any other benefits historically provided by the Export-Import
			 Bank may only be made to a domestic entity that is not majority-owned by
			 any foreign person or entity and only for the purpose of acquiring goods
			 or services made in America.</text></section><section id="idB5A026B00C534AEA90ED4B1EAE1BD84E"><enum>4.</enum><header>Extension of authority</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 7 of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/12/635f">12 U.S.C. 635f</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>2014</quote> and inserting <quote>2016</quote>.</text></section><section id="id6358926E0D934348B6936A28DAF7B084"><enum>5.</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The amendments made by this Act shall take effect on October 1, 2014, or the date of enactment of
			 this Act, whichever is later.</text></section></legis-body>
