		<section id="HB201499BAAC0477C9A2668AF93CD62E3" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Stop Taxpayer Funded Cell Phones Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HA285276979484522935EFC06EF15B4E9"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on Lifeline support for mobile service</header>
			<subsection id="H234BC36A4BB143CCB81D3B1ED4D20494"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">A provider of commercial mobile service or commercial mobile data service may not receive universal
			 service support under sections 214(e) and 254 of the Communications Act of
			 1934 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/47/214">47 U.S.C. 214(e)</external-xref>; 254) for the provision of such service through the
			 Lifeline program of the Federal Communications Commission.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H8B94D3387DBF4696B48A34A2A9E6AEA7"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section:</text>
				<paragraph id="H7CEDEC68AB2B452E9EE55F93AF85E576"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Commercial mobile data service</header><text>The term <quote>commercial mobile data service</quote> has the meaning given such term in section 6001 of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation
			 Act of 2012 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/47/1401">47 U.S.C. 1401</external-xref>).</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H2EC5C88ACE7B4FCC814C17BBA50B34B9"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Commercial mobile service</header><text>The term <term>commercial mobile service</term> has the meaning given such term in section 332 of the Communications Act of 1934 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/47/332">47 U.S.C. 332</external-xref>).</text>
