		<official-title>To make the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of security cameras, safety lighting, and
			 building locking mechanisms in public housing an eligible activity under
			 community development block grant program.</official-title>

		<section id="HAF9B8C08C2774780BBA7DAD7CC400AD7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>P.J.’s Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H47652238ADEF4E29BB22E672649C82D2" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Eligible activities</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 105(a) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/5305">42 U.S.C. 5305(a)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H154CFDF976E34EF880E8409DE2202DC4"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating paragraphs (16) through (28) as paragraphs (17) through (29), respectively; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HE40A85F4D8384C44AF2BEB696E5CA80C"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting after paragraph (15) the following new paragraph:</text>

					<paragraph id="H282B7C3D77A3436E96F894145D7C16B0"><enum>(16) </enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of security cameras, safety lighting, and building
			 locking mechanisms in public housing (as such term is defined in section
			 3(b)(1) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1437a">42 U.S.C. 1437a(b)(1)</external-xref>));</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
