		<section id="HF11628C105064E27B705563E807C4114" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Urban Core Revitalization Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H9F9D976A19364A3C921EC52FCFEA0700"><enum>2.</enum><header>Enhanced rehabilitation credit for buildings located in low-income communities</header>
			<subsection id="H3DD5BE43ECCE48408A69C8174A7FEB04"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (a) of <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/26/47">section 47</external-xref> of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (relating to rehabilitation
			 credit) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H4E35ECE1237F47AAB00ECB23A07A5F0D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>structure, and</quote> in paragraph (1) and inserting <quote>structure and other than a building to which paragraph (2) applies,</quote>, and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HEF89ABBCD6C7429F9659852347DDA2A6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating paragraph (2) as paragraph (3) and inserting after paragraph (1) the following new
			 paragraph:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HEE5F4F075CB1426889DD9623AF4813D7" style="OLC">
						<paragraph id="HCD049C1B08B1405892B085EB9282E8D0"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">15 percent of the qualified rehabilitation expenditures with respect to any qualified rehabilitated
			 building (other than a certified historic structure) located in a
			 low-income community, and</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H90F77F227AC143D9930F8FBE08F4DB5B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Low-Income community buildings</header><text>Section 47 of such Code is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HDD881A7DA782429FB0C44831EC0DB55D" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="H130353533B964087A18B27CD4E76DCEA"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Low-Income community buildings</header><text>For purposes of this section, the term <term>low-income community</term> has the meaning given to such term by section 45D(e), and the determination of whether a building
			 is located in such a community shall be made as of the date that the
			 physical work on the rehabilitation of the building begins.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="H90BEDF15654749109FA0282C2147F77E"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendments made by this section shall apply with respect to rehabilitations the physical work
			 on which begins after the date of enactment of this Act.</text>
