		<official-title>To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to allow aliens having status as an E–2 nonimmigrant
			 by reason of a change of nonimmigrant classification made in the United
			 States to re-enter the United States after a trip abroad without obtaining
			 a new visa.</official-title>

		<section id="H43D3138A2BB54E3A9333121859D4C07C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as—</text>
			<paragraph id="HA22A01EC820C4BA19BA0349E30EFD41F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the <quote>Investors Need Clear Laws with Uniform Direction for E–2 Status Holders Act</quote>; or</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H0A01D42155B2401387D8317EC9E031E1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the <quote>INCLUDE Act</quote>.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="H78C0A775AC2D4A81BCFA6324A48422E9"><enum>2.</enum><header>Unlimited re-entries for certain treaty investors</header>
			<subsection id="HE9AE6887B225461687B481C547C98800"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Homeland Security shall take such steps as may be necessary to ensure that—</text>
				<paragraph id="HA6F0E9F34E2942F5A6EDF6C11DF0644F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>an alien described in subsection (b) may re-enter the United States after a trip abroad without
			 having to request or obtain a new visa; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H405593FBD32A42F09CC7C736080504EA"><enum>(2)</enum><text>there is no limit on the number of such re-entries during the period in which the alien lawfully
			 holds status under section 101(a)(15)(E)(ii) of the Immigration and
			 Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1101">8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)(E)(ii)</external-xref>).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H724A2CE8FAA2423CAF318F41B617E4B1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Aliens described</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">An alien described in this subsection is an alien having lawful status under section
			 101(a)(15)(E)(ii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C.
			 1101(a)(15)(E)(ii)) by reason of a change of nonimmigrant classification
			 made in the United States under section 248 of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1258">8 U.S.C. 1258</external-xref>).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H9B7F865B1B28437F95DBBB00A9D28460"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Travel documents</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Homeland Security shall commence issuance of travel documents determined
			 appropriate by the Secretary to carry out this section, such as re-entry
			 permits, advance parole travel documents, or any other travel documents
			 deemed appropriate by the Secretary for this purpose.</text>
