		<section id="HBD2EF0B6A66541BBADE3421B1ADDF3B6" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Petersburg National Battlefield land acquisition</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 313(a) of the National Parks and Recreation Act of 1978 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/461">16 U.S.C. 461</external-xref> note) is amended by
			 striking <quote>May 1978.</quote> and inserting <quote>May 1978, and in addition such lands located as the Secretary deems appropriate, not to exceed four
			 acres.</quote>.</text>
