		<section id="HB1AB7287638B4215AA1FA508A69B3C0C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short Title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Right to Haul Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H2714815A75AF4E279C680659FA28531A"><enum>2.</enum><header>Exempting Agricultural Loads</header>
			<subsection id="HC01B5925FAC6413A935A7065B2A38CD4"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Weight Exemptions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/23/127">Section 127</external-xref> of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HBC290D0D2C294427AB630D4C79B6F346" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="id97AA5D0D2D22495C8EAF220E9F612A16"><enum>(j)</enum><header>State agricultural exemptions</header><paragraph id="HE9B574E16AA74CDC8FFFDD7615606CA4"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header>
							<text>Notwithstanding subsection (a), individual State weight limitations for an agricultural commodity
			 that are applicable to State highways shall be applicable to the
			 Interstate System within the State’s borders for vehicles carrying an
			 agricultural commodity.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="idAA731165EC7D42F7834F16D620BEF4EA"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Agricultural commodity defined</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <quote>agricultural commodity</quote> means any agricultural commodity (including horticulture, aquaculture, and floriculture), food,
			 feed, fiber, forestry products, livestock (including elk, reindeer, bison,
			 horses, or deer), or insects, and any product thereof.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
