Short title

This Act may be cited as the Protecting Americans from Illegal Bailouts Act of 2014.

2.

Repeal of the risk corridor program established in PPACA

(a)

In general

Section 1342 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. 18062) is repealed. (b)

Effective date

The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as of the date of the enactment of this Act.
