			 Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.</official-title>

		<section id="HDCF8B2956B644E73B7F0709820DA22DE" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Travel and Tourism For All Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H49D2B9369E024E65A3E1B9B47A3E7692"><enum>2.</enum><header>Review and report by National Counsel on Disability</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The National Counsel on Disability established under section 400 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
			 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/780">29 U.S.C. 780</external-xref>) shall—</text>
			<paragraph id="HAD2BDA20FBC14C6298F0ED737F90D338"><enum>(1)</enum><text>review the implementation of—</text>
				<subparagraph id="H2F42F7CA4FF644B69BE06EB88399D8D6"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/12101">42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.</external-xref>) with respect to the travel,
			 tourism, and hospitality industries; and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H101F96AF87764C8192893BB957DBA3E6"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the 2010 ADA standards for public accommodations and commercial facilities under subpart D of part
			 36 of title 28, Code of Federal Regulations, and appendices B and D of
			 part 1191 of title 36, Code of Federal Regulations; and</text>
				</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HF34DEF5A35184967AD290DCC8688359C"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, submit to Congress a report on—</text>
				<subparagraph id="HD620AFF7C0964F3A8A25507643133ABC"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the review conducted under paragraph (1); and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H6116977A3DB44C11BEB8DB4E0B35A493"><enum>(B)</enum><text>recommendations for improvement in the implementation of the Act and regulations described in
			 paragraph (1).</text>
