		<official-title>To provide certain uninsured individuals a special enrollment period after tax filing in 2015 for
			 enrollment in qualified health plans offered through an Exchange, and for
			 other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H6E2185299D2B419484F8AC110FC42973" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Get Your Refund, Get Your Health Care Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H5EBDC32D5A664FF99D4BC0A3E43E2C08"><enum>2.</enum><header>Special enrollment period for certain uninsured individuals after tax filing period in <enum-in-header>2015</enum-in-header></header>
			<subsection id="H3CE8C8DA1C44450A8521E0F5FB8A20E1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall require that Exchanges established under title I
			 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/148">Public Law 111–148</external-xref>)
			 provide to qualified uninsured individuals a 60-day special enrollment
			 period that begins on April 15, 2015 (or, if earlier, on the date such
			 individual files an income tax return applicable to the first taxable year
			 beginning on or after January 1, 2014).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H8607F9344D2E44BE991ED7062A9FC560"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Qualified uninsured individual defined</header><text>In this section, the term <quote>qualified uninsured individual</quote> means an individual who—</text>
				<paragraph id="HE1F333EC52054F57B6EE229913A562D9"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">is eligible, but who has not elected, to enroll in a qualified health plan offered through an
			 Exchange established under title I of the Patient Protection and
			 Affordable Care Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/148">Public Law 111–148</external-xref>) during the open enrollment period
			 for 2015; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HC231E9888CEE480AACD499C802300492"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">is liable for a penalty under <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/26/5000A">section 5000A</external-xref> of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 with respect to
			 any month in 2014.</text>
