			<subsection id="HA7BE02B212574E459B9215167459F833"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Designation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 113 West Jackson Street in Rich Square,
			 North Carolina, shall be known and designated as the <quote>Chief Joseph E. White, Jr. Post Office Building</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HE284E891D63B4AA29529A4FB186E899C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to
			 the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a
			 reference to the <quote>Chief Joseph E. White, Jr. Post Office Building</quote>.</text>
