			 provide training to school personnel regarding how to recognize child

		<section id="HC51BAF8412C748F380232B66D66532C1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Helping Schools Protect Our Children Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section commented="no" id="H86D1FCC6CB704DFD94E9647172119572"><enum>2.</enum><header>Authorization of appropriations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2103(a) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/6603">20 U.S.C. 6603(a)</external-xref>) is
			 amended by striking <quote>2002</quote> and inserting <quote>2015</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HEC0AF58573784FC9BDE35226B617DE97"><enum>3.</enum><header>Training teachers to recognize child sexual abuse</header>
			<subsection id="H1770ACB5B7A5402AB85DCA0AF5807F6C"><enum>(a)</enum><header>State activities</header><text>Section 2113(c) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/6613">20 U.S.C. 6613(c)</external-xref>) is
			 amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H0F6707C4CDAC4FF1ABE72AEB4B390F6C" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H64222EFE2DE14013BF7A3976D9475F5A"><enum>(19)</enum><text>Providing training for all school personnel, including teachers, principals, and pupil services
			 personnel, regarding how to recognize child sexual abuse.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="H2BB487733D314E488881FCAA4B9A18B2"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Local educational agency activities</header><text>Section 2123(a) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/6623">20 U.S.C. 6623(a)</external-xref>) is
			 amended by inserting after paragraph (8) the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H9BAB00AD54184963845C23BBABE8B66E" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H441AC394E3894C84B4ED54BE5139FB9D"><enum>(9)</enum><text>Providing training for all school personnel, including teachers, principals, and pupil services
			 personnel, regarding how to recognize child sexual abuse.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="H5360EB10F0AF4F3283FB91EED281C4C0"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Eligible partnership activities</header><text>Section 2134(a) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/6634">20 U.S.C. 6634(a)</external-xref>) is
			 amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H61F2B56364F3404F8B54E8B2877F1958"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (1)(B), by striking <quote>and</quote> after the semicolon;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HDCE15D57FBAA40AB851939C6EEB72544"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (2)(C), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H05C54920541F474AB7C5CBF417F9910E"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H6EA5A601BD844F9296E152F010519923" style="OLC">
						<paragraph id="H9660AE6F2D3C4D129D03812D2D3EF758"><enum>(3)</enum><text>providing training for school personnel, including teachers, principals, and pupil services
