Short title

This Act may be cited as the Medicare Employer Relief Act of 2014.

Repealing section 1862(b)(5) of the Social Security Act

(a)

In general

Section 1862(b) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395y(b)) is amended by striking paragraph (5). (b)

Effective date

The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act and shall apply to information required to be provided on or after January 1, 2015.
