		<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H7BF4433DAB6B4F928F70E2006682C380" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Enhancing Services for Runaway and Homeless Victims of Youth Trafficking Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HA7457E0080C643D1A38F8A510AF4A6EA" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendments</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Runaway and Homeless Youth Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/5701">42 U.S.C. 5701 et seq.</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="HA43D3BFA72514437857523A78C012587"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in section 343(b)(5)—</text>
				<subparagraph id="HBBCFF77D5A0647D4AB4C5E5B4E537AA7"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in subparagraph (A) by inserting <quote>, severe forms of trafficking in persons (as defined in section 103(9) of the Trafficking Victims
			 Protection Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/7102">22 U.S.C. 7102(9)</external-xref>)), and sex trafficking (as
			 defined in section 103(10) of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/7102">22 U.S.C. 7102(10)</external-xref>))</quote> before the semicolon at the end;</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HD74589FB2D7A464C8C35F88D249EDFEF"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in subparagraph (B) by inserting <quote>, severe forms of trafficking in persons (as defined in section 103(9) of the Trafficking Victims
			 Protection Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/7102">22 U.S.C. 7102(9)</external-xref>)), and sex trafficking (as
			 defined in section 103(10) of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/7102">22 U.S.C. 7102(10)</external-xref>))</quote> after <quote>assault</quote>; and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H6FBEC8468804441D8DD0C1B1746B0BD7"><enum>(C)</enum><text>in subparagraph (C) by inserting <quote>, including such youth who are victims of trafficking (as defined in section 103(15) of the
			 Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/7102">22 U.S.C. 7102(15)</external-xref>))</quote> before the semicolon at the end; and</text>
				</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HA7A8E629C3634E26BAD1FFDFEBBDE007"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in section 351(a) by striking <quote>or sexual exploitation</quote> and inserting <quote>sexual exploitation, severe forms of trafficking in persons (as defined in section 103(9) of the
			 Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/7102">22 U.S.C. 7102(9)</external-xref>)), or sex
			 trafficking (as defined in section 103(10) of such Act (22 U.S.C.
			 7102(10)))</quote>.</text>
