		<section id="HF1FB279874D74C858491EA274709E495" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Study on insurance steering and redlining</header>
			<subsection id="H7FA45FEBDCE94CED9457B3211563BA21"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Study</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Director of the Federal Insurance Office shall carry out a study to determine whether the
			 insurance industry is engaging in the illegal practices of insurance
			 steering or redlining. In carrying out such study, the Director shall
			 investigate insurance products, pricing, promotions, and placement of
			 services being offered to consumers in the United States.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H466641AC24334E3C80EB33BE747DEAA5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Report</header><text>Not later than the end of the 180-day period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act,
			 the Director shall issue a report to the Congress containing—</text>
				<paragraph id="H4FB6F2694EDF4F6CB5D8F2382C06E105"><enum>(1)</enum><text>all findings and determinations made in carrying out the study required under subsection (a); and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H91EF34DB7386413AB5D1468EE5A01A53"><enum>(2)</enum><text>any legislative recommendations the Director may determine appropriate.</text>
