		<official-title>To amend the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 to direct the Interagency Task Force to
			 Monitor and Combat Trafficking to develop a comprehensive action plan to
			 combat human trafficking.</official-title>

		<section id="HA2D7028050824938B4C275F47597AD8E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>End Modern-Day Slavery Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HFBDE08CDAD3A45D5A3675E6440A14441"><enum>2.</enum><header>Comprehensive action plan to combat human trafficking</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 105(d) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/7103">22 U.S.C. 7103(d)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H17F5A347B91749DFA50784CD9BD9631C"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating paragraph (7) as paragraph (8); and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H6C9207CD88D84D57BD72FC6C9CA46454"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting after paragraph (6) the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HF7CA3E7052D64BBE94175411E75B76A8" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="HE050F490803D43B199E7C77946C4B7AD"><enum>(7)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than two years after the date of the enactment of the National Action Plan to Combat
			 Human Trafficking and Modern-Day Slavery Act of 2014, develop a
			 comprehensive plan to combat trafficking in persons, which shall include
			 recommendations for coordination among relevant Federal agencies in order
			 to—</text>
						<subparagraph id="H478191F59B49492E821AB3C550E5DBAF"><enum>(A)</enum><text>assist victims of trafficking;</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H96D8146CFCA64886A21B0C486F1D44EB"><enum>(B)</enum><text>investigate and prosecute crimes related to trafficking in persons;</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HA6865E7471CC4D58AF8DE3DA8737C3D5"><enum>(C)</enum><text>conduct research and collect data related to trafficking in persons;</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H6CDA2D6F27F34FACABCECFDD21CB0D80"><enum>(D)</enum><text>train officers and employees of such agencies regarding trafficking in persons;</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H1A93CB04A85B40DF902E2C9B4686AED5"><enum>(E)</enum><text>engage with nongovernmental entities, which may assist in combating trafficking in persons; and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H8339D547897D4148A8E1F3786AA710AA"><enum>(F)</enum><text>implement Federal laws and regulations related to trafficking in persons.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
