		<official-title>To amend the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 to direct the Secretary of State to submit
			 reports to Congress on child protection compacts.</official-title>

		<section id="HC72C429F96B945EBA599739ED45DAB73" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as—</text>
			<paragraph id="H94A3DD1B26CC4B189F18F0AC4B5FB5AC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the <quote><short-title>Partnering to Abolish Child Trafficking Act</short-title></quote>; or</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H44108BDF216C46BC9ED756E2BDE0C7CF"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the <quote>PACT Act</quote>.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="H5CB5AB0D42454048A76D1CA4183B5E10" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reports on child protection compacts</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 105A(d) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/7103a">22 U.S.C. 7103a(d)</external-xref>) is amended
			 by adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HD1D4D87C95AC48758390CEBDBEB7A628" style="OLC">
				<paragraph id="H3706E6A79BAA4346B990A7F946161518"><enum>(7)</enum><header>Reports</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of State, acting through the Director established pursuant to section 105(e)(1) of
			 this Act, shall submit an annual report to Congress, which shall include
			 information regarding—</text>
					<subparagraph id="H70CA87B363A04F2D8704187DAD2164C2"><enum>(A)</enum><text>child protection compacts under this subsection;</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H5C2980E1F16D44CF9167F7ACB5069245"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">countries with which the United States may enter into a child protection compact under this
			 subsection; and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H93BA82D59B0E4008A1FC60E0CFD3BD91"><enum>(C)</enum><text>assistance provided under this subsection.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
