		<section id="H813ADAD946564C6F83B66A859F2B1D7A" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Relief for America’s Main Street Lenders Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H41039E1EB2FA4652806A155881B7A3CB"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendments to the Commodity Exchange Act and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934</header>
			<subsection id="HA616DFE604884F5BA127F52718BE4632"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Definition of financial entity</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 2(h)(7)(C)(ii) of the Commodity Exchange Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/7/2">7 U.S.C. 2(h)(7)(C)(ii)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H39C4EFA1856D4A569636B75D4EE64EC9"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>The Commission shall consider whether to exempt small banks, savings associations, farm credit
			 system institutions, and credit unions, including—</quote> and inserting <quote>For purposes of this paragraph and solely with respect to an interest rate swap, the term <quote>financial entity</quote> shall not include—</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H5A17A08F573C4005B3F37D28356B0597"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subclauses (I) and (III), by striking <quote>$10,000,000,000</quote> each place such term appears and inserting <quote>$50,000,000,000</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H0953D21BDB2B4A9EA61A05D3BEFD86F9"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Definition of financial entity</header><text>Section 3C(g)(3)(B) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/78c-3">15 U.S.C. 78c–3(g)(3)(B)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="HDCD7F64AC6844670910578345D8F3F8F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>The Commission shall consider whether to exempt small banks, savings associations, farm credit
			 system institutions, and credit unions, including—</quote> and inserting <quote>For purposes of this subsection and solely with respect to an interest rate security-based swap,
			 the term <quote>financial entity</quote> shall not include—</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HB61E4C08557F40469F7B7AC56BCA3962"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in clauses (i) and (iii) by striking <quote>$10,000,000,000 or less</quote> each place such term appears and inserting <quote>$50,000,000,000 or less</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection></section><section id="H83C3B30319104F2E803936AE6480117D"><enum>3.</enum><header>Amendments to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act</header>
			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 920(g)(3) of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/1693o-1">15 U.S.C. 1693o–1(g)(3)</external-xref>) is amended by
			 inserting after the first instance of <quote>financial institution</quote> the following: <quote>except for an insured depository institution or credit union with total assets of $50,000,000,000
			 or less,</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H0FE6A75494434237A1D3346C5B289226"><enum>4.</enum><header>Amendments to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act</header>
			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 165(i)(2)(C)(iv) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (12
			 U.S.C. 5365(i)(2)(C)(iv)) is amended by inserting after <quote>subject to this paragraph</quote> the following: <quote>with total assets of $50,000,000,000 or more</quote>.</text>
